Get Moving

Not interested in organized sports, but want to get out and try new activities? The Get Moving program has been running through out the summer and participants have enjoyed activites, such as: mini-golf, swimming, PARDS, personal training sessions, darts, strolls in the park. We will be booking different activities each month. Come check us out and let us know what you want to do. There may be minimal costs for some activities.

Adapted Sport Awareness Program

Helping promote the ABILITIES of people with disabilities. We can bring wheelchairs to YOU and challenge your group to become disabled by doing various activities in a wheelchair. If you would like us to come to your school or come to us, please contact Emily (780-882-9996).

Bringing awareness and the experience of a disability to people and students in our region.
